234 Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to grow our brand, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through strategic digital marketing.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok. * Create and manage content calendars. * Design and publish engaging content, including graphics, carousels, reels, and videos. * Grow followers, engagement, and online communities. * Generate inbound leads and book discovery calls. * Support sales conversions through digital marketing campaigns. * Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns. * Track performance metrics and provide regular reports.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 years of proven experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns. * Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts and generating leads. * Strong content creation and copywriting skills. * Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. * Experience with Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads is an advantage. * Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
