Acceptable Use Policy
The rules for using the 234 Solutions platform responsibly and lawfully.
Last updated: 23 June 2026
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who accesses or uses the 234 Solutionsplatform (the “Service”) operated by 234 Talent Solutions. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you are responsible for your users' compliance with this AUP.
2. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful business purposes — managing your organisation's HR, payroll, time, compliance, and workforce-operations data — and in line with your agreement with us and applicable law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
3. Prohibited activities
You must not, and must not allow anyone to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
- Upload or process data you have no lawful right to handle, or use personal data in breach of data-protection law or your employees' rights.
- Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of others.
- Upload malware or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
- Attempt to bypass security, access another customer's tenant or data, probe for vulnerabilities, or circumvent access controls or service gating.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
- Overload, disrupt, or impair the Service or its infrastructure (e.g. denial-of-service, excessive automated requests).
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly authorised.
- Use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.
4. Accounts and security
Keep your credentials confidential and enable multi-factor authentication where available. You are responsible for activity under your accounts and for promptly removing access for people who should no longer have it. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access or security incident.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service to investigate or stop a suspected violation of this AUP, a security risk, or unlawful activity. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
6. Reporting abuse
To report a violation of this AUP or a security concern, contact us at info@234talentsolutions.com or +234 813 123 5968.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify customers of material changes.
This policy is provided for transparency and general information. It is not legal advice; 234 Talent Solutions should have it reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it.
