Who we are
234 Solutions is built by 234 Talent Solutions. We started from a simple frustration: African businesses were stitching together spreadsheets, foreign tools that don't understand local payroll, and manual processes to manage their people.
So we set out to build one platform that handles employee records, payroll with local statutory deductions, leave, attendance, documents, requests, and compliance — secure by default and simple enough for a growing team to run without a large HR department.
Where we operate
Nigerian statutory handling (PAYE, pension, NHF, NSITF) is built in, with more markets on the way.
