About the role
Job Description We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to help new and existing clients understand, navigate, and maximize the use of the 234 Solutions platform. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of the platform, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs while providing effective support.
Responsibilities
* Guide new clients through the onboarding process and platform setup. * Educate clients on platform features, services, and functionalities. * Understand client business needs and recommend suitable platform solutions. * Provide client support and respond to questions or concerns. * Assist clients with navigating employee management, payroll, attendance, leave, and other platform features. * Follow up with clients to ensure successful onboarding and user adoption. * Identify challenges clients experience and escalate technical issues when necessary. * Maintain professional client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience. * Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and onboarding reviews.
Requirements
* Non-students only,Must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Good interpersonal and customer service skills. * Must be willing to learn and demonstrate a strong understanding of the 234 Solutions platform. * Ability to understand client needs and explain solutions clearly. * Good organizational and problem-solving skills. * Must be available for scheduled team meetings and training sessions. * Must be reliable, proactive, and professional. Preferred Qualities * Previous experience in customer service, client relations, onboarding, or administrative support is an advantage. * Comfortable using digital platforms and business software. * Ability to manage multiple clients and follow up on assigned tasks.
